Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Taruun ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Taruun is a social media management platform that allows you to:

  • Connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Create and schedule posts across multiple platforms
  • View analytics and insights
  • Manage your social media presence from one dashboard

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per person or entity
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Post spam, malicious content, or content that violates platform policies
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

Social Media Platform Compliance

  • You must comply with all terms and policies of connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • You are solely responsible for all content posted through our Service
  • We are not responsible for content removal, account restrictions, or account bans by social media platforms
  • You grant us permission to post content on your behalf to connected accounts

Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically billed $99/month unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taruun and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You retain ownership of all content you create and post through the Service
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions, errors, or technical issues
  • Loss of data or content
  • Actions taken by social media platforms (account bans, content removal, etc.)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Use the Service in a way that harms us or other users

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
